New Delhi: Deliberative wing including Mayors of all three corporations, Standing Committee Chairmen and Leader of House met Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal. They represented different issues related to the corporations.

Leader of House Subhash Arya said that we have met the CM to put forth our problems and other important issues. He further added that we have discussed the issues like funds granted by government to corporation, regularization of employees, and land from DDA etc.

The following issues were discussed in the meeting. After trifurcation all three corporations had a pending loan of Rs. 1767 crores. For education 70% grant was to be given to the corporations but after 2008-09 only 56% is given. According to DFC global share of 5.5% was to be given but we are only getting 4%. According to VI pay commission 100% grant should be given for the education sector. Because of VI pay commission we have bear additional burden of Rs. 1425 crores and later it increased Rs. 1200 crores and now it has reached more than Rs. 2000 crores.

For urban village, unauthorized colony, approve colony, grant should be given, not the loan.

On 4th April, 2012 Rs. 603.40 was paid to the contractors, this payment should be given by the Delhi Govt.UAM was implemented in 2004. After it the revenue form house tax was decreasing every year and till 2012 November corporation had suffered Rs. 1709 crores. For it grant should be given to us.

In 1998 Delhi Cabinet had passed a proposal to provide civic facilities like drains roads etc in 1071 unauthorized colonies. Due to this corporation has to face many problems.

Rural Development Board should be disbanded because there is Rural Area Committee in corporation. Government has taken away our right and formed RDB, it is the violation of section 39 and 507.Delhi Government should return back the more than 60 ft. roads with grant in aid. As corporation has to look after their Car parking, Toilets, S.W., Teh Bazari etc.

According to HDEC grant should be given in starting of financial year for one time project wise.

In 13th CFC Delhi government should provide the fund if corporation faces financial crunch in funds. In transfer duty now Delhi government and Corporation gets 3% each, it should be change according to the previous decided ratio.
