Patna: Just after the resignation of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the situation remained speculative on the future of state as the issue of leadership is a problem inside the JDU. However JDU is likely to meet today to choose the new leader in lieu of Nitish Kumar, it is certain that it will not be a easy task to choose such a task.
According to sources, JDU is facing serious crisis inside the party where all is not well. Main opposition party BJP is all set to take advantage the situation and it has been said that a delegation from BJP will meet today Bihar Governor D Y Patil today under the leadership of State BJP chief Mangal Pandey.
It is expected that the delegation from BJP will discuss the situation aroused in the state after the resignation of Nitish Kumar yesterday. There is speculation that JD (U) is likely to stake claim to form next government in the state and it will be decided after its legislature party meeting this evening today.
The present arithmetic of the house is that the Assembly Speaker has already declared RJD split null and void and said 13 MLAs had been RJD MLAs. Three RJD MLAs, who had led unsuccessful defection, resigned brining number of RJD MLAs to 19.
Certainly it is the crisis that has come after the emergence of Narendra Modi led government in the center. The split of JDU from BJP after 17 years was another reason which has make the relationship bitter between both the parties.
