1.Set Clear Goals
Setting clear goal is the ultimate thing for the foundation of disciplined life style. Remember that you will have to categorize your goals in short term and long term. Under the short-term goals, you should start with daily and weekly goals that are achievable. The vision and dream which you want to achieve in the next few months or years, can be termed as the long term goal. 

2.Create a Daily Routine 
Divide you daily routing in a judicial and transparent way so that you can follow the same with your own way. You can divide you daily routine like-
