Lack of concentration power amongst the children is a major concern for all the parents as they often worried due to their kid's low concentration levels. Concentration is a very crucial factor for every child as they can pick up techniques and take part in activities that enhance their capacity for sustained attention and focus. Even mobile has been made an important medium of education for children and due to this children have also been forced to multitask. For this, it is important that you ask the children to complete one work at a time so that they avoid unnecessary stress and learn to complete the work in a time frame with discipline.

Limit the use of phone and social media

Nowadays children stay awake till late night due to the busy schedule of their parents and the excess of work at home and office. Due to the burden of office and extra household chores, parents are forced to stay awake till late at night, but it is important for children to have adequate sleep. For this, it is important that you keep children away from your routine and ensure that they go to sleep on time. Due to lack of adequate sleep, children may also have to face problems like insomnia and mental depression.
