The much awaited 17th Meeting of the GST Council is all set
to be organise on 18th June 2017 in the National Capital. The One day meeting
is schedule at Vigyan Bhavan in the national capital which will be attended different
States and UTs (having elected assembly) being the members of the GST Council.</div>

The Union Minister for Finance, Defence and Corporate
Affairs, Shri Arun Jaitley will chair the meeting.  Meeting will also be attended among others by
the Finance Ministers of different States and UTs (having elected assembly)
being the members of the GST Council. </div>

Just give a look for the main agenda items of the 17th GST
Council Meeting include confirmation of the minutes of the 16th GST Council
meeting held on 11th June, 2017, approval of draft GST Rules and related Forms
for (i) Advance Ruling, (ii) Appeals and Revision, (iii) Assessment and Audit,
(iv) E-Way Bill & (v) Anti-Profiteering, and Fitment/adjustment of GST
Rates on certain items among others.</div>

•The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has said that dentistry as a whole has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few decades and dental awareness has started spreading across India. He was speaking on the occasion on the receiving of the first copies of books ‘Color Atlas of Oral implants’ and ‘Conservative Dentistry – Basics’ at Rashtrapati Bhavan.<br>
The President said s been possible due to the hard work and commitment of the dental fraternity. India being a heavily  populated country, despite many dentists graduating every year, there is still a dearth of health care professionals and dental surgeons. In rural India, the local population lacks basic knowledge on dental cases and thus indulge in habits and practices, harmful for oral health. Unless citizens enjoy good health, their productive potential cannot be realized fully and this puts pressure on us to provide good dental care where it is most needed. </p>
<p dir="ltr">The President said that dentistry has attained a new level of excellence in India today and we are witnessing revolutionary changes in dental technology. Latest technology has improved all aspects, from diagnosis to patient comfort, to good effective dental care and better prognosis. The President said that he was sure the two books he had received from the authors today would be helpful for dental students, fresh dentists and experienced ones alike. He also congratulated the authors of both the books - Dr. Praful Bali, Dr. Lanka Mahesh, Dr. Dildeep Bali and Dr. Deepika Chandhok for their efforts. </p>

   While asking Manisha about her comeback and experience of the movie, she stated, “I don’t know if I had any difficulty after my comeback, even I felt more focused on my career and work. This movie is entertaining and do carry a good message. The role was challenging for me, yes but it’s a secret I am telling you that when you work with a good director, they make your work easy. So I feel great to be the part of the movie.”<br>
   As per the Filmmaker and CEO of Wave Cinemas, Rahul Mittra, “It is a beautiful movie, I am feeling happy and proud to present this movie. I hope everyone will enjoy this movie, as much we enjoyed while working and shooting for the same.”</p>
