Prime
Minister Narendra Modi has said that the 125 crore Indians will welcome the new
year with new decisions, new spirits. Mentioning the government's new demonetization
drive, PM has said that India has become witness to a shuddhikaran
(purification) drive and for coming years, this will decide the course of
things to come.
PM said that government is committed for its
effort in the New Year to ensure normality in the banking system at the
earliest.
During
address to the nation on the notes ban, PM said that our lives had been
entangled in black money, corruption; had forced the honest people to kneel before it.
PM
further said that the notes that were cancelled amounted to a whopping 86
percent of the cash in circulation. Since the ban, 14 lakh crores have been
deposited in banks and six lakh crore new notes are in circulation.
PM
hinted that humans feel suffocated by the evils brought in overtime and it is
the part of the life. But it is the fact that human tries to break free from
these evils.
It

to sources, in multiple raids over the past 50 days, over 3,000 crores have
been seized in undisclosed wealth.
Government
