<p>New Delhi: The leader of the House in North Delhi Municipal Corporation, Dr. Mahender Nagpal has criticized the Chief Minister of Delhi, Mrs. Sheila Dixit and Congress Party for not inviting the Mayor of North Delhi, Mrs. Meera Aggarwal in the inaugural function of newly made Deep Chand Bandu Hospital at Bharat Nagar. Senior leaders of the BJP including supporters protested the move of the state government and congress party by showing their leaders black flag. Even the BJP leaders were restrained to reach the place of inaugural function. </p>

<p>During this protest, Dr. Mahender Nagpal in his speech, said that the congress party has deliberately violated the standard protocol of the programme by not inviting the area councillor and Mayor of North Delhi as well. The local residents are very angry with this move of congress party and will show the anger during fourth coming election. He further added that people of the Delhi are badly affected by price rise, corruption, higher rates of water and electricity including anti- public policies of Congress Party.</p>

Dr. Nagpal further informs that public representatives like Municipal Councillors, MLA’s and MP’s are directly being elected by public and any development works are being carried out in public interest because of these public leaders. Hence, one and all must be invited in all development projects and it is also a protocol. But this time during the inauguration of this hospital the Mayor of North Delhi was not being invited this is a major protocol violation as she is the first citizen of North Delhi. Infact, Congress is trying to grab the opportunity of taking credits of all developments projects hence seeing the election, they are not inviting BJP leaders. But people of Delhi are educated enough to know the facts of the circumstances and they will show their decision in the elections.
