Watch Kiara, the toast of Telugu cinema in Manish Malhotra's Collection

After impressing one and all in Bollywood with her acting chops, B-town belle – Kiara Advani is now wooing the audiences down south. The gorgeous actress, who walked away with several accolades for her performance in her debut  mega blockbuster - Bharat Ane Nenu, recently faced a colossal predicament in Hyderabad, where she is shooting for her second big Telugu project.</div>

It so happened that Kiara, who has become the toast of Telugu cinema, was invited by Filmfare Awards South to attend the award function. But as Kiara was shooting for a rigorous climax sequence for her film, despite being excited to attend the awards show, she decided to skip it.</div>

However, on the day of the event, the actress got a break from her busy shooting schedule and decided to attend the award function. But now Kiara was in a fix because as she had initially made up her mind not to attend the function, she had not sorted out an ensemble for the glamorous event.</div>

Kiara quickly made an SOS call to her dear friend and one of India’s ace designers – Manish Malhotra who promptly came to her rescue by sending not one but 10 stunning gowns along with a team to help this blooming South star put her best foot forward and dazzle on the Filmfare’s red carpet.</div>

Needless to say, Kiara looked breathtakingly beautiful in a stunning Manish Malhotra creation as she strutted down the Filmfare Awards South’s red carpet later that day. </div>

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India has no shortage of capabilities, capacities and resources. He said that in the current financial year, States are receiving over 11 lakh crore rupees from the Centre, which represents an increase of about 6 lakh crore rupees, from the last year of the previous government. He was  deleviring the opening remarks at the fourth meeting of the Governing Council of NITI Aayog, in Rashtrapati Bhawan Cultural Centre in New Delhi.</div>

Welcoming the Chief Ministers and other delegates, the Prime Minister reiterated that the Governing Council is a platform that can bring about "historic change." He assured the Chief Ministers from flood-affected States that the Union Government would provide all assistance to them, to deal with the flood situation currently affecting parts of the country. He said that the Governing Council has approached complex issues of governance as "Team India", in the spirit of cooperative, competitive federalism. He described the smooth rollout and implementation of GST as a prime example of this.<br />

The Prime Minister said that Chief Ministers of States had played a key role in policy formulation, through sub-groups and committees on issues such as Swachh Bharat Mission, Digital Transactions, and Skill Development. The Prime Minister said that the Indian Economy has grown at a healthy rate of 7.7 percent in the fourth quarter of 2017-18. He added that the challenge now is to take this growth rate to double digits, for which many more important steps have to be taken. He said that the vision of a New India by 2022, is now a resolve of the people of our country. In this context, he mentioned the issues on the agenda today, including doubling of farmers income, development of aspirational districts, Ayushman Bharat, Mission Indradhanush, Nutrition Mission and celebrations of the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.<br />

Mumbai: Reliance Infrastructure promoted Mumbai Metro One Private Limited (MMOPL), the lifeline between Mumbai’s Western and Eastern suburbs completed four successful years of seamless and comfortable travel for over 400 million passengers.</div>

To mark the completion of the coveted landmark in Mumbai’s transportation history, Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis launched several initiatives at Versova Metro Station. Mr. Fadnavis inaugurated the “Majhi Metro Art” train of award-winning paintings, poems and photographs at the festival held earlier in the year.</div>

Chief Minister  of Maharashtra Mr. Devendra Fadnavis  said that Mumbai Metro One has changed the face of mobility in the Mumbai city. With the use of Metro, you don’t need a secondary transport system as it takes you closer to your destination. Mumbai Metro One has completely changed the space of Mass Rapid Transport in Mumbai and is the pioneer of the metro movement. The system planning and execution of Mumbai Metro One will help in shaping up upcoming Metro projects in the city.</div>

 “The Mumbai Metro is very efficient, clean, fast and green. In Mumbai suburban trains, the distance between two stations is usually two to three kilometers but in the metro, the distance between two stations is just a kilometer. The metro has helped in bringing down pollution, which is equal to planting 3 crore trees”, the Chief Minister added.</div>
