As the last and 7 Phase of election is on its peak and with this, now the month long exercise for Election 2019 will be on its finish.
Today morning the last and the 7th phase pf voting process started for 59 remaining contituencies for the Election 2019 in the country. Polling started today at 7 am in the morning it and will continue till 6 pm in the evening. In the last the seven phase of the election total 59 of seven states and one unior territory,election commenced today.
The states and UT for whihc polling begins today in morning are Bihar (8), Jharkhand (3), Madhya Pradesh (8), Punjab (13), West Bengal (9), Uttar Pradesh (13), Himachal Pradesh (4) and Chandigarh (1). Rest voters of the other constituencies of the countries have already been casts their vote in earlier sixth phaes. The results will be announced on May 23.
As the election is on full swing, the results for the entire exercises will be announced on May 23. In the major democratic exercises in the world. nearly 900 million people are eligible to vote. The Lok Sabha Elections 2019 will be conducted across the country in seven phases.
The first phase of polls were held on April 11 when 20 states and two UT went for polls. According to the schedule declared by the Election Commission of India, the third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh phases will witness citizens voting for 115, 71, 51, 59, 59 seats, respectively.
