Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman mentioned the poem written by Pandit Dinanath Kaul the Kashmir Poet...to define the intention of the government., She read the poem in hindi also in the parliament..

She recites the poem written by Pandit Dinanath Kaul, the Kasmiri Poet in a bid to hint the government intention and committment.

Dina Nath Kaul Nadim, known as the Renaissance of Kashmiri literature was born in March,1916. He was the great poet of his time whose father name was Pandit Shankar Kaul. He was paseed away on April 8, 1988.

According to sources, there are the total number of his poems is around one hundred and fifty. He use to write his works in English, Hindi, and Urdu languages.
