In pursuance of Section – 12 of the GNCTD Act, 1991, Ram Chander today made and subscribed an oath as Member of the Legislative Assembly before Speaker, Shri Ram Niwas Goel in the Legislative Assembly complex.<br />

Shri Ram Niwas Goel welcomed the newly elected Member to the Assembly and wished him the best. Shri Ram Chander was declared elected as Member of the Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi from the Bawana Constituency (AC-07) on 28 August, 2017.<br />

The underbelly of society, yet again, finds space on the big screen with the release of the political crime drama, Daddy. The movie stars Arjun Rampal and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead roles. Arjun Rampal will be seen playing the role of Arun Gawli, the gangster turned politician. The underbelly has always been an integral part of Mumbai and it has always inspired writers and makers. Recently, the star-cast along with the director,  Ashim Ahluwalia and Rahul Mitra (CEO, Wave Cinemas) promoted the movie in Delhi. They interacted with the media and gave an insight of the film.</div>

On being asked about the film and on Arun Gawli, Arjun said, "This film is one of its kind. Arun Gawli is already a hero in Maharashtra. I loved his genre which inspired me to play Arun Gawli. This is a very unique story which is very unusual and the gangster is an accidental don. He has faced many ups and downs but he kept coming back without the defeat is what inspired me."</div>

On being asked about the preparation for the role he said, "We had to pay much attention on the looks because he is a known face. The style in which he used to wear his cap, the dialect and everything. The makeup artists were brought from Italy. I also got a new nose for the role. I had to drop gym and lose 11 kgs and so on."</div>

The film is a true account of the incidents that took place. The movie, whose making took three years, has the involvement of Gawli family and Geeta (Arun Gawli’s daughter) who are quite thrilled about the way it has shaped up.  Daddy gives an insight into the Mumbai underworld and traces Arun Gawli’s journey from his rise as India’s most feared gangsters to eventually becoming a politician. </div>

These finalists will participate in India Final that will take place in Goa on 29th September 2017. During the preparation for the Final, the selected contestants will be welcomed in Goa for a unique and magical experience, supervised by a professional team. A weeklong of makeovers, photo shoots, fittings and rehearsals have been scheduled to introduce the contestants to the world of modelling.</span></div>

The actress was recently spotted in Crown Plaza, Delhi for the press conference and interacted with the media.</div>

<br />Evergreen and the only Superstar amongst actresses for the longest time, Hema Malini is considered the unofficial ‘cultural’ ambassador for India as she made it her mission to propagate India’s diverse culture to the world. On being asked about her association with Synergy, she said, "I am extremely happy to present and establish synergy here. It has got a very interesting story behind its inception. Jaya smriti is the organization in the name if my mother and her inspiration was always to promote all the artists. So I am following her footsteps in promoting artists." </div>

<br />She further added, "Synergy happened to me when I paid a visit to Georgia and saw their dance, when I offered them to perform in India they agreed and the result is in front of you all.  The performances will be showcased in Kolkata, Chennai, Bombay and Delhi and almost 70 dancers from India and Georgia will grace the occasion." On being asked about the dance style, she said, "It is a different kind of dance that has no similarity with other dance styles. It is a powerful dance which is a traditional dance form of Georgia. And if we get the support in this, then, I will definitely bring Russian Ballet next year to India."</div>

PM has mentioned his all the programs in a series of Facebook posts from his account. According to post, the Prime Minister has said for his visit to Xiamen, China for the 9th BRICS Summit from 3-5 September 2017.</div>

PM said in his post, "India had the privilege of hosting the previous Summit in Goa in October last year. I look forward to building upon the results and outcomes of the Goa Summit.
