New Delhi: As it was speculated, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh do some changed in the Cabinet which perhaps be the last for the UPA-II. Prime Minister inducted Eight faces in as members of the Council of Ministers:-

4. Dr. Kavuru Sambasiva Rao
MINISTERS OF STATE
1. Shri Manikrao H. Gavit
2. Smt. Santosh Chowdhary
3. Dr. E.M.S. Natchiappan
4. Shri Jesudasu Seelam
The President administered the Oaths of Office and Secrecy to the above members of the Council of Ministers at a ceremony held in the Rashtrapati Bhavan, today (June 17,
2013).
The President, as advised by the Prime Minister, has directed that the newly appointed Ministers shall be allocated portfolios as below :
CABINET MINISTERS
1. Shri Sis Ram Ola: Labour and Employment
2. Shri Oscar Fernandes: Road Transport and Highways
3. Dr. Girija Vyas: Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation
4. Dr. Kavuru Sambasiva Rao: Textiles
MINISTERS OF STATE
1. Shri Manikrao H. Gavit: Social Justice & Empowerment
2. Smt. Santosh Chowdhary: Health & Family Welfare
3. Dr. E.M.S. Natchiappan: Commerce and Industry
4. Shri Jesudasu Seelam: Finance
The President also directed that consequent upon the allocation of the portfolios as above to the newly appointed Ministers, Mallikarjun Kharge, presently Minister for Labour and Employment, shall be allocated the portfolio of the Minister for Railways.(Source PIB)
