Mumbai: Bollywood faced another major setback when one of the most popular villains of the Hindi Cinema, Pran died after battling from his illness. Despite the facts that he was not active in acting right now, his death is a major loss for not only the hindi cinema, but also as a man with great fans.
The legend character actor of the Hindi Cinema, who has made many filmy character as a legend by his glorious acting, was 93 year old when breathed his last. Recently he was coveted with DadaSaheb Phalke Award for Life time Achievement award in which Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari has awarded him on his residence in Mumbai.He was unable to visit Delhi due to his illness.

Pran has acted in more than 400 movies and it was the diversity of acting of Pran in which he performed all the probable character on the sliver screen. He started his career as a villain in most of the movie but soon directors identify his hidden talents and he get offer for and established himself as a character actor.
He had worked with all the legend actors with various characters and people had remembered him with that very acting.
He started his film career as a photographer in 1940 but as he has to be a actor so why he remains only a photographer. He get his first break in the movie “Yamla Jat” which become first movie of his life.
Not only Bollywood but also the entire his fans have expressed his death as irreparable loss for Hindi Cinema.
Amitabh Bacchchan, who works with Pran in various movie including Zanjeer, Don, Sharabi and many more, said that Another magnificent pillar of industry falls.
Many characters which were remained live with him was the Sher Khan of Zanjeer and Malang Chacha of Upkaar which never be forgotten by the audience.
