It is noted that North East Festival, which will see the participation of all the Chief Secretaries of the 8 North Eastern States and 4 Chief Ministers, will showcase the cultural & traditional heritage as well as present a case for the future of the region. North East India a hitherto lesser known part of the country, will bring all its varied flavours alongwith serious discussions about the future of the region which is greatly intertwined with the future of the country.
