New Delhi: One of the most awaited films of 2014, Madhuri Dixit's Gulaab Gang (Releasing on 7th March 2014) saw a most unusual music launch, amidst hordes of fans and travelers in the mesmerizing city of Benaras!
Produced by Anubhav Sinha, Presented and co-produced by Sahara Movie Studios and Bharat Shah, Gulaab Gang is directed by Soumik Sen, and is based on the life of atrocities faced by women wherein Madhuri Dixit is playing the lead role.
Madhuri Dixit launched the music for Gulaab Gang on January 24, National Girl Child Day, in Varanasi, where during media interaction she expressed concern about the current situation of women in India. She also said men needed to change their attitudes and mindset towards women.
Also present at the launch was Director Soumik Sen and Producer Anubhav Sinha.
The film’s trailer has already created a buzz, and audiences are eager to watch the film to see the two golden girls of Indian cinema, Madhuri and Juhi Chawla, who plays a negative character in the film, work together for the first time!
