President Prabanab Mukherjee said that the New Delhi World Book Fair is a manifestation and celebration of a liberal, democratic, multilingual, multicultural and secular society. He was speaking during the inauguration of the New Delhi World Book Fair 2014 at Hamsdhawani Theatre, PragatiMaidan, New Delhi.
