In a major achievement for India, the famous G.S. Lakshmi has been appointed as the first woman in to ICC's international panel of match referees.
Certainly it is a great honour and appreciation for a lady who will be a part of ICC's international panel of match referees.
G.S. Lakshmi is also the first Indian woman appreciated and considered as eligible to officiate in international games with immediate effect.
