Aakriti Sambyal from Group A & Meghna Puri From Group B were crowned Mrs Delhi-NCR 2020 in two different categories. Shivani Mudgil First Runner & Preeti Dabas Second Runner Up from Group A, Ruchi Pant First Runner Up & Shweta Bora second runner up From Group B. The grand finale was held on November 21, 2020, at The Leela Ambience Gurgaon. This year the pageant focused on “Breast Cancer”, which is an alarming risk for today’s women. For participating in this prominent crown, more than 4000 applications were received from which around 800 candidates appeared for the auditions. After auditioning around 100 contestants are shortlisted for this prestigious title.
Celebrated names like former Mrs Delhi NCR 2017 Ms Namrata Garg, model-turned-actor-turned-improviser Ms Madhu Sneha, former Mrs India, Pride of Nation 2017 Ms Mayanka Patel who was also seen in a cameo in Star Plus show Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum and Ms Rachana Khanekar who was the winner of ‘Mrs India-pride of nation face of West’ were part of the jury panel this year.
This year, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, strict safety measures were taken, and it ensured that all the candidates were being safe and not exposed to any kind of crowded place.

All the final contestants walked the ramp wearing the collections by Chetan Veena Fashion Couture from Hyderabad and the evening gown collections are designed by Aenna Sharma.
Group A Winner Aakriti Sambyal said, “I am feeling great and proud of winning the crown of Mrs Delhi NCR. It was a wonderful experience and an opportunity to meet and make new friends. All the candidates are equally talented and competing with them is an honour. Since the pageant focuses on Breast Cancer Awareness, I look forward to participating in similar programmes”
Group B Winner, Meghna Puri, said, “I can still feel the goosebumps and take time to sync in the fact that I have been crowned as Mrs Delhi NCR. It is an amazing feeling. The entire journey from auditions to selection rounds to grooming sessions, Finale round to now being crowned as a winner have been a learning experience. These moments will be cherished forever. I would like to shout out to all the women, especially married women to believe in themselves and their passion.”
