Overthinking and useless thinking are the major hurdles in success in our life. Scientist and researcher has proved tha fact that the Chronic overthinking is strongly associated with anxiety and depression and it badly affect our mental health. 
We think that the more we think about a situation, we would get a solution for the same. But we forgot that overthinking and useless thinking confused us and in fact, it a major hurdles whis affects badly our mental health also.

How does overthinking affect mental health?


It is a universal fact that excess of anything is bad and so overthinking has not a exce. Scientist and researcher has proved tha fact that the Chronic overthinking is strongly associated with anxiety and depression and it badly affect our mental health.. The continuous cycle of negative thought patterns, usually it has without any genuine reason and it's of our bad habits creates feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. To remain and become a good mental health this can intensify mental health struggles, making it harder for individuals to find relief or clarity.
Remember, the every morning began with the crucial questions that had no answers and we have to concentrate on our priorities. But in lieu of focussing such crucial questions, we used to embroilied us with useless questions such that-

What if I fail?
What will people think?
What if I’m not enougthe etc. 

We use to think more about useless efforts that would save us from mistakes which has nothing to do with real problems in our life. It might be looks like unbelievable, but overthinking slowly stole our sleep, confidence, and also our mental peace. Due to the overthinking and useless thinking, our mind kept revisiting the past and worrying about a future that hadn’t arrived.

One day, while standing at the edge of an opportunity, we forget out abilities to respond the problems properly. Not because we lacked talent—but because we embroiled badly drowning in useless thoughts. That moment changed everything.
