New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has condemned the mischievious and misleading news reports in a section of the media that its party convenor Arvind Kejriwal had accepted Z category of security when he was the chief minister of Delhi.

It is shocking that the said report attributed to unnamed sources has disregarded facts and relied on fiction apparently at the behest of Ministry of Home Affairs and Delhi Police.It is on record that Arvind Kejriwal has consistently refused to accept any such category of security since he became the chief minister on December 28, 2013, and his written statements have been in public domain as well as with the top Police brass.
