National Institute of Fine Art is presented its students Annual Art Exhibition ‘Art for Soul, an annual event that celebrated successful year of its art students, their hard work in all its colour and forms over the weekend, at the well designed cultural space – NIFA ART Gallery.

The three days art extravaganza welcomed artists, galleriests, collectors, art connoisseurs, the general public and the media. Providing the each upcoming art students an opportunity to exhibit, the multi dimensional and original art works.

Renu Khera the curator of the show presented best 39 students work what they have learnt in one year’s time. These all upcoming artist have created three original art work in different mediums like oil on canvas, acrylic on canvas, charcoal n dry pestles. The aim is to give a platform to all the young upcoming artist and to make art affordable and accessible to the public and collectors with variable pockets and tastes.
Students of NIFA have toiled their heart and soul to show their inner potential under the guidance of Expert Faculties. NIFA gives the foundation to all the students to not only give them exposure but also give them a platform to create a career ahead in future.
Every student have their own thoughts for their art work.

The show was inaugurated by Mrs Katherine Sullivan (A renowned artist from New York, M.F.A from Boston University)

Mrs. Renu Khera introduced Mrs.Katherine to all her students. Mrs Katherine interacted with each and every participant with keen interest and enthusiasm. She has deep understanding of fine arts as she is herself an artist, which she shared with all the students. She also said that she is surprised to see such a performance in just few months’ time NIFA students has shown.
She congratulated the Curator Renu Khera and The Director Sh Sunil Khera for this wonderful performance. She liked that NIFA gives platform to all age groups, such as youngest participant of 6 yrs and as old as 55 yrs. Audience appreciated the variety and execution of thoughts done by all the students through their paintings. Show has many interesting elements such as Rajasthani Puppets on a canvas, A Herd, figurative work, dancing figure & portraits.
