By making Priyanka Gandhi as its General Secretary in U.P, Congress has tried to give befitted reply to Akhilesh and Mayavati in the politics of the state. Certainly the way in which SP and BSP both declared their own alliance without any consent to Congress, there was not any way for Congress to go alone in the election.
