UNNATI is an abbreviate form which stands for Unispace Nanosatellite Assembly and Training programme. The peogram launched by Indian Space Research Organisarion (ISRO).
The program is part of the move to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first United Nations Conference on the Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.
The first batch of the program was inaugurated by Minister of State in Department of Space Dr. Jitendra Singh in Bengaluru today.
There are 30 participants in the UNNATI programme from various 17 countries including Brazil, Chile, Egypt, Indonesia, Bhutan and other.
