Former Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt Sheila Dikshit has blamed that Delhi is passing through a terrible time as the Kejriwal Government has been squandering the hard-earned money of the tax payers on advertisements for self publicity which could have been profitably used to improve the infrastructure and facilities in the Capital for the overall good of the people.
She said that Kejriwal has been making tall promises to fool the people without delivering on any of his promises as all his promises have remained on paper.
She said that Kejriwal was under the illusion that he would be able to mislead the people with lies and falsehood once again, which will not work this time around, as the alert people of Delhi are waiting for a chance to give a befitting reply to the AAP and BJP for betraying their trust and confidence in the past four years.
Smt Sheila Dikshit said that the people of Delhi are now shedding tears at the deteriorating condition of Delhi, and there is a heavy responsibility on the Congress party for saving and making of Delhi. She said that Delhi had received international acclaim during the 15-year rule of the Congress party in the Capital. She said that it was sad to see the deterioration of the Capital in the last four years as the Aam Aadmi Party Government in Delhi has only indulged in rhetorics without doing any constructive work for the progress and development of the city.

Smt. Sheila Dikshit said that though defacing public places with posters is an offence, the Kejriwal Government has been defacing the Capital’s walls with posters for the Chief Minister’s self publicity, as the people of Delhi stand to gain nothing from such blantant wastage of public money.
She said that both the Modi Government at the Centre and the Kejriwal Government in Delhi have wasted the past four years with lies and hollow promises without doing any good to the people or for the development of Delhi. She said that the people of Delhi could only watch helplessly as Modi and Kejriwal competed with each other for putting up inefficient governance.
Smt. Sheila Dikshit said that the Modi Government at the Centre has been keeping a blind eye to the problems of Delhi while the Kejriwal Government in Delhi was blaming the Modi Government for each and every problem in Delhi. She said that as a consequence of their shadow boxing, responsible governance took a heavy knock in Delhi.
