MS Dhoni: Today Mr. Cool M. S. Dhoni is celebrating his birth day. Dhoni is known for his skill not only on the ground but also for his motivational and calmness during the intense  moments of the cricket.

Dhoni has made 4876 runs in 90 Test matches with average 38.09.  He has made 6 century during his test career with 78 six and his highest score is 224 runs.

In ODI, Dhoni has played total 349 matches so far with and made total 10723 runs. His highest score is 183 (runs not) out against Sri Lanka in Jaipur. He started his ODI career against Bangladesh in 2004.

Dhoni has played total 98 T20I matches and made total 1617 runs during his career. He has made highest 56 runs with strike rate126.13 runs. He has hilted total 52 sixes and 116 fours during his T20I career.

MS Dhoni has become the third Indian cricketer to play 500 International matches. The other Indian players are Tahul Dravid (664) and Sachin Tendulkar (509).

Out of much achievement for the country, Dhoni has become the only Indian captain who has win three ICC trophies for the country. First when India won the inaugural World T20 in 2007 in which India played under his captainship. It was the inaugural T20 trophy and Indian will never forget the game and Captain Cool's strategy which helped India in winning the trophy.

Again it was ICC World Cup 2011 which was won under his captainship and the Champions Trophy in 2013 which was won by Dhoni and his company under his captainship.

Dhoni has remained a recipient of the ICC Player of the year award for consecutive years in 2008 and 2009. For his performances in the Cricket, he has been awarded with the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award in 2007 and the Padma Shri award in 2009.
