In a major success for India, The International Court of Justice, ICJ has stayed Kulbushan Jadhav's death sentence in its much awaited verdict. Certainly it is another major victory for India on its neighbour Pakistan's hidden agenda for Indian Kulbushan Jadhav's issue.
The verdict by the ICJ, which clearly directs Pakistan to provide effective review to his issue and reconsideration of his conviction and sentences, are enough to support India's stance, for what India was crying to the world.
Who is Kulbhushan Jadhav
Kulbhushan Jadhav is retired Indian Navy officer, who was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court 2017. Pakistan has labelled the charges of espionage and terrorism upon him.
Pakistan even denying consular access to Jadhav for which Indian government approached the International Court of Justice, ICJ Hague in 2017.
Pakistan was even not ready to give him the proper support to keep his point clearly. It seems certainly there were some gap and issues that is why ICJ has directed Pakistan to to provide effective review to his issue and reconsideration of his conviction.
ICJ verdict is enough to support India's  claim that Pakistan has  violated Vienna Convention on Consular Relation, 1963 on several occassional. The Case of Kulbhushan Jadhav was not the exception for the same.
