The death rate in Delhi has seen a sharp decline. For example, the highest number of deaths on a single day in June was 120, which has now gone down to 50. The measures taken by the Delhi government, such as the increase in the number of ICU beds in the hospitals, installation of more oxygen beds, plasma bank, etc, has reduced the death rate and the positivity ratio. To bring the death rate to zero, the Delhi government will prepare further steps to be taken after obtaining a detailed analysis of the Covid-19 deaths from the Health Secretary.

The Health Secretary of the Delhi government has assured Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal that he will soon prepare and submit a detailed analysis of the deaths related to Covid-19, so that the Delhi government can execute further measures to reduce the death rate.
