Liquor Scam Update: Kejriwal Has put Women's Safety in Danger By New Liquor Policy- BJP

BJP MP Shri Pravesh Sahib Singh has alleged that by taking commission of thousands of crores from liquor mafia proves his intentions and he made a policy even without giving due notice to the Lieutenant Governor and ignoring the rules. He said that Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal did not hold a single cabinet meeting regarding corona, but when people were dying due to covid, then immediately holding a cabinet meeting on bringing a "new liquor policy". He alleged that by taking commission of thousands of crores from liquor mafia proves his intentions and he made a policy even without giving due notice to the Lieutenant Governor and ignoring the rules. 

He further said that the Kejriwal government has not only done the work of ruining Delhi by colluding with the liquor mafia under the new excise policy policy, but also got illegally thousands of crores for opening more than 850 shops. In a fierce protest outside the Aam Aadmi Party's headquarters demanding the dismissal of corrupt Manish Sisodia.

Shri Pravesh Sahib Singh said that since the new excise policy came into force in Delhi,  there has been a sharp increase in domestic violence against women. The Kejriwal government, which talks about women's safety, has put women's safety in danger now.

He said that Kejriwal gave exemption to liquor mafia worth Rs 144 crore as liquor business friends of Sisodia could not sell liquor during the corona period. But not even a single rupee was waived for the people running small industries in Delhi, nor were electricity bills of the people were waived, he lamented.
