It is noted that India TV-CNX opinion poll projection, results of which were telecast on the news channel today in its special show "Desh Ki Awaaz". According to the poll prediction, Mamata Banerjee's All India Trinamool Congress may emerge as the third largest party in Lok Sabha with 29 seats this time. The Congress-led opposition combine INDIA may get 175 LS seats, and 'Others' including regional parties and independents, may get 50 seats, according to the projections.Prime Minister Modi's ruling Bharatiya Janata Party's strength in Lok Sabha may get reduced from 303 to 290 this time, says the India TV-CNX opinion poll. On the other hand, the main opposition party Congress which has 52 seats, may increase its tally this time to 66, according to the projection. Mamata Banerjee's All India Trinamool Congress may emerge as the third largest party in Lok Sabha with 29 seats this time, up by seven from 22 seats. The ruling YSR Congress party from Andhra Pradesh may emerge as fourth largest party with 18 seats, four less than the 22 seats it won last time. Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena (UBT) may increase its tally from six at present to eleven, while Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party may raise its tally from one seat at present to ten LS seats, if elections are held now. Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik's Biju Janata Dal may increase its tally from 12 to 13, says the projection. Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena (Shinde) may find its strength reduced from twelve to two. The biggest win for Modi will be from Uttar Pradesh, where NDA may win 73 out of 80 Lok Sabha seats, if elections are held now. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India observes ‘Patient Safety Day’ 0n 17th September every year. This year the theme of the Patient Safety Day is Medication without Harm.</div>For creating, awareness on patient safety issues among field-level functionaries, MoHFW has organised a week-long “Rogi Kalyan Saptaah” from the 12th – 17th September, wherein all the states, districts, and healthcare facilities organised a series of activities to improve the safety of the healthcare system for everyone including patients and service providers.At the national level, in a function held on 16th September 2022, Shri Rajesh Bhushan, Union Health Secretary released a self-assessment tool, ‘SaQushal- Patient Safety Self-Assessment Tool’ under the existing National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) and also administered the Patient Safety Pledge. The tools have been developed by QPS Division, NHSRC in collaboration with the subject matter experts. The tools would enable the health facilities for self-assessment in matrix of safety and help them to reduce errors.In his address, the Health Secretary emphasised different steps taken by the Government of India to ensure quality and patient safety at public healthcare facilities. He urged the states to undertake baseline assessment of all health facilities and develop a roadmap for having maximum number of health facilities, as NQAS certified.The launch event was followed by national webinar, wherein eminent speakers spoke on multiple facets of patient safety, including medication safety. A series of webinars have been planned over next two days. The first Webinar was inaugurated by Prof (Dr) Atul Goel, Director General of Health Services.The launch event and webinar attracted a large audience with over 850 healthcare professionals from public and private institutions, Mission Directors NHM, senior officials from the Ministry of health and family Welfare, nodal officers and other officials working in the field of Quality and patient safety at states and UTs. Representatives from academic institutions, development partners, NGOs, and International agencies, were also present in the webinar.

In this sequence, now government has opted out the famous Azimganj Serai located in Sunder Nagar, Nizamuddin.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Deputy Chief Minister Shri Manish Sisodia along with the officials of the Delhi Archaeological Department inspected and reviewed the progress of conservation works being done for the restoration of Azimganj Serai located in Sunder Nagar, Nizamuddin. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Azimganj Serai:Facts in Brief </div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Azimganj Serai is the earliest Mughal period Serai in Delhi currently standing within the boundary of Delhi Zoo and located in the north of Sunder nursery. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">It is a square structure with a huge courtyard of 111meters x 111 meters with arcaded chambers all around. All four corners of the monument have elegant octagonal bastions.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">The square plan consists of 108 arched cells which are in an advanced stage of deterioration. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">The Serai clearly stood along the historic grand trunk road with its grand fort-like appearance of high historical and architectural significance.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div><div style="text-align: justify;">What will change after conservation?</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Currently, the Serai stands in isolation within dense vegetation and is not easily accessible to visitors. Its ruinous remains clearly visible from Sunder nursery depict the original context and connectivity of the monument with the old grand trunk road. Azimganj Serai is just 600 meters away from the boundary of the World Heritage Site of Humayun’s tomb.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">The conservation project of the Azimganj Serai aims to revive the lost cultural significance and architectural integrity of the monument. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">The monument has seen a significant loss of architectural features such as chambers, arches and masonry walls in the last fifty years due to loss of connectivity and no maintenance. Conservation works will use traditional materials and craft techniques to preserve the monument in its original state.</div></div>
