New Delhi: Ministers of State (IC) of Commerce & Industry, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman has said that in this election, AAP has adopted every dirty trick to capture power in Delhi. They have given tickets to people who are associated with terrorists and anti-national forces. Amanatullah Khan contesting from Okhla has openly supported Zia-ur-Rehman, an accused in Delhi & Ahmedabad bomb blasts. It has been a trait of AAP’s politics, perhaps a cultivated habit, to seek, receive and then to pretentiously reject.

She was commenting on the issue when a fatwa has been issued by the Shahi Imam Syed Ahmed Bukhari in favour of Aam Aadmi Party. She said that this fatwa is issued on the request of AAP leaders inclusive of Alka Lamba has been confirmed by the Imam himself.

She further said that haven’t they received the support of Congress, having earlier promised that they won’t take support from corrupt Congress? When questions were raised by media, AAP’s reply was,’’We didn’t ask but they gave.’’

The AAP pretentiously lectured everyone on clean politics but received the money laundered by shell companies, without any verification. When the facts emerged, AAP first said money laundering does not happen when payment is received in the form of cheques. It was explained to them that by receiving payments in the form of cheques, black money doesn’t get purified. Once they knew they had tripped they said- “We didn’t ask but they gave.’’

And now, on the Friday fatwa which was issued on request of AAP, the party pretentiously has decided to reject the support and has said yet again that “We didn’t ask but they gave.”

The party which all the while was lecturing from the self made moral high ground stands completely exposed. Their MLA is caught with liquor, they distribute cash for votes, their leaders participate in religious protests exposing the duplicity of their politics.

AAP has emerged as a party which unashamedly adopts every dirty trick to capture power. They exploit the links with anti-national forces, use cash and liquor to gain votes and are now trying to polarize the voters by seeking the fatwa in their support.
