 Do a three day food detox to take off all the toxins from your body

 Detoxification is the body’s natural, ongoing process of neutralizing and eliminating toxins. The Liver, intestines, kidneys, lungs, skin, blood and lymphatic systems work together to transform toxins to less harmful compounds and excrete them from the body.

 You can do a Salt- Detox for 3 days by not taking any salt and eating only fruits for three days or you can eat four boiled potatoes and two glasses of milk each day. It will make you feel lighter within yourself.

 Emotional Detox - Get rid of negative thoughts and emotions

 Clear your body of stagnant emotions. Large amounts of stress, broken relationships, traumatic childhood incidents, suppressed anger and hurt — there are a variety of emotions and emotional experiences that can take a toll on us. While detoxification
